You can wear it with a black or a mustard pleated skirt, any color that would match with the type of denim and belt it with a black to stand the two pieces out more. Matching it with a leather circle skirt would match really well and can wear converse white shoes for a more fun and casual look. Since you’re not find of the arms, I’d suggest not to wear a long sleeve, because it’ll wreck the whole top. You might’ve bought a Long sleeve button up haha. But you can match it with rolled up jeans, with an anorak or a aviator jacket with a baggy circle scarf for the cold season. The top can also match with white crochet or lace shorts, and jackets that would match would be leather jackets, baggy short cargidans, boyfriend blazers and button up the top and wear a grey baggy knit sweater over with dark wash jeans xx you’re not a bother at all :)
